As a business owner, I generally find myself worrying about something completely pointless most days…

The other day I Stumbled Upon a website what suggested that you write down your worries as soon as you think of them. It’s like your writing them down for a later date, so you don’t forget them.

All of a sudden I discovered:

- There’s not really many things on my list
- Once written, the worry is forgotten.

Pretty simple really…

    How are you?
    Thanks for the recommendation!

  7. I discovered this a while ago too, except I type it out on my phone. And by the time I get around to it it’s usually no big deal anymore. The other thing is I’m a visual person so I need to see things on a screen or paper.
