As a business owner, I generally find myself worrying about something completely pointless most days…
The other day I Stumbled Upon a website what suggested that you write down your worries as soon as you think of them. It’s like your writing them down for a later date, so you don’t forget them.
All of a sudden I discovered:
- There’s not really many things on my list
- Once written, the worry is forgotten.
Pretty simple really…

My dad did this - he reckoned it worked pretty well
Hi Mark,
It is seriously amazing! So simple.
Try it.

Once you have writen them down put them in a box to look at next week and your will find 99% of them have been sourted - it is recomended in a book called How to Stop Worrying and Start Living writen
by Dale Carnegie
Hey Robert!
How are you?
Thanks for the recommendation!
I discovered this a while ago too, except I type it out on my phone. And by the time I get around to it it’s usually no big deal anymore. The other thing is I’m a visual person so I need to see things on a screen or paper.
Write it down. You will be amazed how easily they go away!
