I thought I’d summarise and extend some cool tweets here for those of you who don’t tweet or didn’t see my tweets

People expect conference workshops will always turn out the same way. Expensive, five or six people, lots of info, nothing practical to take back to the office.

I turned that on its head for my workshop at the Local Government Web Network conference in August!

Start your User-Centred (re)Design now - a workshop
