Robot Replay have a new tool that allows you to watch a movie of what people are doing on your site (not quite live). It has been touted as a new way of doing ‘usability’.
You can see people’s mouse movements in full, not just where they click, as happens with web analytics.
Of course, nothing beats asking your users questions and you still have to spend the time looking through all the live footage. Do you think this thing will fly?
